During the intake with the coach, you choose the guidance process based on your situation, wishes and goals. You decide what you want to work on, from personal strength to applying for jobs or entrepreneurship.

Start of the outplacement process

With coaching and targeted tests, you will gain insight into your talents, motives and opportunities. Together with a career coach and job searcher, you will work step by step towards a new, appropriate challenge.

The modules
Compose your journey with your career coach
Our outplacement program is fully modular. During the intake, you and your career coach choose the modules that best suit your goals, situation and learning style. Based on this conversation, the process will be put together, fully tailored to what you need.

You follow a personal process of six months, at your own pace and with customized guidance. Each participant always goes through the fixed components Career scan and Aftercare.

In addition, you can freely choose from the optional modules that best suit your needs and development points.
