Outplacement programme Oxfam Novib

Why start an outplacement programme?

Your programme, your choices. It is all about what you need.

Outplacement offers guidance after dismissal or departure and helps you turn that change into a new opportunity. An outplacement programme not only helps you process your goodbye, but also gives you the tools, the insight and the motivation to work purposefully towards a new step in your career. You take centre stage, with tailor-made support.

Confidence & Direction

Through personal coaching you discover what you are good at and what energises you. This way you build a new future from a position of strength.

Targeted guidance

From interview training to personal branding: everything to strengthen your profile.

Tailor-made programme

An outplacement programme with us is not a standard programme. You choose the modules that fit your situation, goals and pace yourself. This way you get exactly the guidance that works for you.

Start of the outplacement programme

Through coaching and targeted assessments you gain insight into your talents, motivations and possibilities. Together with a career coach and a job searcher you work step by step towards a new, fitting challenge.

The modules

Build your programme together with your career coach

Our outplacement programme is fully modular. During the intake, you choose the modules that best match your goals, situation and learning style together with your career coach. Based on this conversation, the programme is composed, fully tailored to what you need. You follow a personal programme of six months, at your own pace and with tailor-made guidance.

How the programme is built up

Every programme always begins with the Career scan (1) and ends with Aftercare (2). In addition, you are free to choose from the optional modules (A to F) that best match your wishes and development points.

Fixed parts of the programme
