An outplacement program at Care4Careers offers guidance, perspective and personal guidance after dismissal. You will regain direction, confidence and energy to work towards a new job in a focused manner.

You will receive approval from your employer to start the process.

After talking to your employer, you can start an outplacement process with us — personal, customized and ready for the next step.

Sign up and start a personal process that suits you. After you register, we will schedule an intake interview to explore your wishes, goals and opportunities.

Intake - Choose the modules that suit you

During the intake with the coach, you choose the guidance process based on your situation, wishes and goals. You decide what you want to work on, from personal strength to applying for jobs or entrepreneurship.
Step 5

Start of the outplacement process

With coaching and targeted tests, you will gain insight into your talents, motives and opportunities. Together with a career coach and job searcher, you will work step by step towards a new, appropriate challenge.

During the intake, together with your career coach, choose the modules that match your goals and situation. You will follow a 6-month personal process, with a mix of individual interviews, group meetings and practical assignments. Everything tailored to what you need, at your pace, with customized guidance.

The modules
Compose your journey with your career coach
Our outplacement program is fully modular. During the intake, you and your career coach choose the modules that best suit your goals, situation and learning style. Based on this conversation, the process will be put together, fully tailored to what you need.

You follow a personal process of six months, at your own pace and with customized guidance. Each participant always goes through the fixed components Career scan and Aftercare.

In addition, you can freely choose from the optional modules that best suit your needs and development points.

The Career Scan is the starting point of every route. It gives you a clear and substantiated insight into your strengths, motives and realistic opportunities in the labor market.

Together, we will investigate what your personal career request is and which direction is most appropriate.
