Step by step toward your next job
An outplacement program at Care4Careers offers guidance, perspective and personal guidance after dismissal. You will regain direction, confidence and energy to work towards a new job in a focused manner.

You will receive approval from your employer to start the program.

After talking to your employer, you can start your outplacement process with us — personal, customized and ready for the next step.
Step 2

Information meeting about the outplacement program

On a date yet to be determined, we will organize an online information meeting via Microsoft Teams. Here you can find the link for the teams meeting.
Step 3

Sign up for the outplacement program

Sign up and start with a personal track that suits you. After you register, we will schedule an intake interview to explore your wishes, goals and opportunities.
Step 4

Intake - Choose the modules that suit you

During the intake with the coach, you choose the guidance program based on your situation, wishes and goals. You decide what you want to work on — from personal strength to applying for jobs or entrepreneurship.
Step 5

Start of the outplacement program

With coaching and targeted tests, you will gain insight into your talents, motives and opportunities. Together with a career coach and job searcher, you will work step by step towards a new, appropriate challenge.

An outplacement track with us is not a standard program. Together with your coach you choose the modules that suit your situation, goals and pace. This way, you get exactly the guidance that works for you.

The modules
Compose your journey with your career coach
Our outplacement program is fully modular. During the intake, you and your career coach select the modules that best match your goals, situation, and learning style. Based on this conversation, your program is put together — fully tailored to what you need.

You follow a personalised six-month program, at your own pace and with one-to-one guidance tailored specifically to you.

Every participant always completes the fixed components Career Scan and Aftercare. In addition, you are free to choose any of the optional modules that best support your goals and development needs.
Fixed parts of the process:

The Career Scan is the starting point of every route. It gives you a clear and substantiated insight into your strengths, motives and realistic opportunities in the labor market.

Together, we will investigate what your personal career request is and which direction is most appropriate.

Part of the career scan includes:

Aftercare is the final phase of every route and focuses on ensuring a sustainable placement as soon as you start in a new position.

Aftercare includes:

- Two months of online and/or phone support
- Regular check-ins to monitor your progress and well-being
- Assistance with practical challenges in the first months
- Support in getting used to new responsibilities, colleagues and expectations

Each individual outplacement program always starts with the Career scan (1) and ends with Aftercare (2).

In addition, you can freely compose your personal trajectory by selecting any of the optional modules (A to F) that best suit your needs and development areas.
