Our focus is on individual guidance for a tailored programme. We offer group training as additional inspiration, always in consultation.
Do you actively help with finding job openings?
Yes, our jobsearch coaches provide support within outplacement and reintegration by actively searching for suitable vacancies together with the employee and through our network.
What can I expect during the career programme?
We start with an in-depth intake interview and together draw up a personal action plan. Through individual coaching, targeted assessments and regular evaluations, we guide the employee step by step towards their next career opportunity.
