Is career guidance offered individually or in groups?

Our focus is on individual guidance for a customized process. We offer group training courses as additional inspiration, always in consultation.

Do you actively help find vacancies?

Yes, our job coaches support outplacement and reintegration by actively looking for suitable vacancies together with the employee and via our network.

What can I expect during the career process?

We start with an extensive intake interview and together we draw up a personal action plan. Through individual coaching, targeted tests and regular evaluations, we guide the employee step by step to the next career opportunity.
