An outplacement process usually costs between €2,000 and €7,500.
The costs depend on the duration, content and intensity of the outplacement process. At Care4Careers, we work with customized programs, tailored to the employee's situation, goals and wishes.
For larger reorganizations or multiple employees at the same time, we offer modular processes. Here, each participant chooses the modules that suit him or her — from self-insight and application training to personal branding or self-employment. In this way, the process remains personal, targeted and efficiently deployable for employers.

In most cases, the employer pays for the outplacement process.
This is possible:
In case of dismissal by mutual consent, a settlement agreement (VSO) drawn up.
This may include a separate budget for outplacement.
This way, the employee can immediately call in professional guidance to find new work more quickly.
This budget is often granted separately, in addition to the transition payment.
In the case of larger reorganizations, there is often a social plan drawn up, containing agreements about compensation, guidance and relocation.
Outplacement guidance is usually part of this as standard.
The employer then reimburses the entire process, often with fixed rates per employee.
Every employee who is fired is entitled to a transition payment.
This allowance is intended to facilitate the transition to other work — and can therefore be used for an outplacement process.
In consultation with the employer, (part of) the transition payment can be used directly for guidance via Care4Careers.
