In the sessions, your career coach asks the questions you do not ask yourself and, where it helps, uses tests to complete the picture. Together you turn the insights into a concrete plan, and your coach keeps track of your progress with you.

In many cases the employer pays the costs, from the training or development budget. Sometimes subsidies or reimbursements via the UWV are available as well.

Our programmes are flexible: sessions can take place on location (in Gouda, Emmen and 55 other cities, among others), online via Teams or in a hybrid format.

That depends on your question and the programme. A career scan is compact and usually runs over a few weeks; a more extensive programme includes more sessions. In the intake interview you agree with your coach how many sessions are needed.
