Not necessarily, online works well. Getting acquainted is on us, and it ties you to nothing afterwards. If you do come, you will be beside the Vondelpark. In practice most people choose to meet in person once and then continue by video.
Will my employer notice any of this?
If you pay for it yourself, your employer is not a party to it. If they contribute, they are; discuss with your coach what you do and do not want shared before the programme starts.
