Medine Yumlu

I am Medine, a reintegration professional and career coach. I guide employees through reintegration, career questions and sustainable employability.

In my work the employee comes first. I want people to feel seen and heard, while keeping the goal of the programme firmly in view. The employer has an interest too. It is precisely by putting expectations on the table that understanding grows and a programme runs more smoothly.

I adjust my guidance to the person in front of me and look beyond the formal steps. Where it is needed I think outside the usual routes, without losing sight of the goal. My strength is grasping quickly what is going on and translating that into steps that also work in practice.
