Once concrete objectives have been established, we start the programme. This results in a clear and measurable plan that forms the basis for success.
Online career guidance and e-coaching
Alongside the conversations with your coach, you take online tests at your own pace, at a moment that suits you. You then discuss the results together. With e-coaching you stay in touch with your coach between conversations and keep working on your assignments. The conversations themselves can take place at one of our locations or online.

What does a career programme look like?
Every career programme is tailored, but the steps are always the same. This is what a programme typically looks like.
Intake meeting
We start with a personal intake to map out your situation, wishes and goals. You meet your coach and together you agree on what you want to achieve and what the programme will look like.
Who am I? Why do I work? What can I do?
Through personality tests and coaching, you discover your unique talents, motivations and skills. You take the tests online; in the conversations you look with your coach at what you recognise in the results and what they say about you.
What do I want?
We translate your insights into concrete career goals and ambitions that suit who you are. We also look at what is realistic: which roles, sectors or courses fit your profile?
Drawing up an action plan
Together we draw up a concrete and measurable action plan with clear steps and milestones. That way you know what you will do in the coming weeks and what you are working towards.
Taking the next step
You put the plan into action, guided by a career coach who adjusts along the way where needed. Think of preparing a conversation with your manager, applying for a new role or starting a course.
Costs
What does career guidance cost?
The price depends on what you need: how many conversations, which tests and how long the programme runs. The career scan is a compact start and costs €1000 excl. VAT, including a digital questionnaire and four personal conversations. A more extensive programme is tailored, and you receive a quote in advance so you know where you stand. A career programme through your employer

What is career guidance?
It is a tailor-made programme in which you receive personal coaching, targeted tests and support to discover your talents and growth opportunities and put them to optimal use.
How long does the programme take?
The duration depends on your situation and the agreements made. We work purposefully, with enough time for personal growth and results, on average a few months. The career scan is shorter: it usually runs over a few weeks.
Who guides the programme?
Our experienced career coaches, specialised in professional growth, guide you throughout the entire programme. They listen, ask the right questions and help you discover what truly suits you.
What does a career guide do?
A guide helps you get clear on what you can do and what you want, and what that means for your next step. That happens in conversations, with tests and assignments, and by thinking along about the labour market. At Care4Careers this is an experienced career coach who guides you through the whole programme.
Is career guidance confidential?
Yes. What you discuss with your coach stays between the two of you. If your employer pays for the programme, we agree in advance what is reported back, for example only whether the programme has been completed. We do not share the content of the conversations without your permission.
