How do I know whether I need a coach or just another job?

What does it cost and will my employer contribute?

How many sessions are there and over what period?
Usually five to eight, spread over a few months. That spacing is deliberate: between sessions you speak to other people and digest what was discussed. Anyone who only wants to test a decision is sometimes done after two.
Can I start without my employer knowing?
Yes. A programme you pay for yourself stays between you and your coach. If your employer contributes, discuss with your coach what does and does not go back before you start.
Do I have to come to Rotterdam?
Not necessarily; the sessions can run entirely online. Those who do come find us at the Wijnhaven next to Blaak. Many people do the first session on location and the rest digitally.
