About Zaida
Meet Zaida
Zaida guides people through questions about work, careers and reintegration. She looks beyond work experience or the next job: she helps people understand their qualities, talents and drivers, and turns that into concrete steps.
She combines a personal approach with clarity. She likes to get to the heart of things quickly and helps people create an overview, see the options and choose a direction again. Being in charge of your own course is central: not telling someone what to do, but helping them make deliberate choices themselves.
Her experience in reintegration and career guidance means Zaida is used to a wide range of backgrounds and questions. Her multilingual and intercultural background helps her connect quickly. She works in Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, English and Cape Verdean Creole.
