Roughly how many conversations are there?
Reckon on five or so appointments, spread across a quarter. If you already know what is chafing and only want confirmation, two sometimes suffice. We fix a number in advance and evaluate after half of them whether that was realistic.
What does it cost?
The lowest rate is 1,000 euros excluding VAT. For a scan expect a thousand euro at minimum, excluding VAT. If the programme runs longer the figure rises with it. The amounts per form of guidance are on the costs page. The introductory conversation is free.
Will my employer cover this?
Regularly. The province, the council, the hospital and the university of applied sciences all hold a training or development budget, and many collective agreements include one. We put your name on the quote so you can submit it. More on that at career guidance for employers.
Do I have to travel to Velp for this?
You may, and you do not have to. With a full working week the driving is usually the bigger obstacle, not the conversation. That works fine with online career coaching.
