A career programme is a series of conversations with the same coach, with weeks in between to try something out. How many you need follows from the type of question: sharpening a choice goes quickly, finding a direction takes longer.

What is the lead time of a programme?
That follows from your question. A decision question is often settled in two sessions; an exploration runs two to four months across four to six sessions. We agree a number in advance and check halfway whether it still fits.
What does it cost?
A career scan is 1,000 euro excluding VAT at minimum, rising with its scope. On the costs page we set the prices out in order. Meeting us costs nothing.
Will my employer cover it?
Regularly. Many collective agreements in education, care and logistics include a development budget, and the larger employers here run their own scheme. We put the quote in your name; the employer side is on this page.
Can it run online?
Yes. Anyone working in Antwerp or Rotterdam rarely manages a daytime appointment in Breda. Certainly, we also do online career coaching.
