Questions about career coaching in Utrecht
How many sessions will I need?
Usually four to six, spread across two to four months. That spacing is deliberate: between sessions you talk to other people and let what was discussed settle. Anyone who only wants to sanity-check a decision is sometimes done after two.
What does career coaching cost?
The entry point for a career scan is 1,000 euro before VAT. The rates per kind of programme are stated on career coaching costs. The introductory conversation is free and commits you to nothing.
Can my employer pay for this?
Often yes, and more often than employees suspect. Large Utrecht employers generally hold a training or career budget, and a collective agreement may provide for one too. We can supply a quote you can submit to HR. See career guidance for employers.
Do I have to come to the Nieuwegracht?
You may, but you do not have to. The location is ten minutes on foot from Utrecht Centraal, which makes dropping in easier than most people expect. If that does not fit, the sessions run online. Of course, choose online career coaching if you like.

Nieuwegracht 29, 3512 LD Utrecht, right in the old centre and ten minutes on foot from Utrecht Centraal. Driving in, you can park at the Springweg garage or under Hoog Catharijne. Announce your visit in advance so we can put the right coach in the diary.
Which towns fall within your Utrecht service area?
Nieuwegein, Houten, Zeist, De Bilt, Bilthoven, Maarssen, Woerden and Vianen all count, and Amersfoort is comfortably reachable from here. Rather not travel? Part of the sessions can run over video, and then distance stops mattering.
