What does outplacement in Eindhoven cost and who pays for it?
In almost all cases the employer pays, usually as part of the settlement agreement. We prepare a proposal in advance, so both employer and employee know exactly what to expect. What makes up that figure is explained in what an outplacement programme costs. A programme begins at 2,000 euro, after which each module you choose raises the figure to a maximum of 5,000, all excluding VAT.
Are there enough vacancies in the Eindhoven region for my profile?
It depends on the field. Technical, healthcare and installation roles face structural shortages in south-east Brabant. For staff and office roles the market is tighter, so we focus more on your network and on employers outside the immediate chain. Meanwhile work out your transition payment, because it decides how much time you have.
Can the programme run in English?
Yes. Several of our coaches work entirely in English, including your CV, LinkedIn and interview preparation, which matches the international employers in this area.
Do I have to come to your Eindhoven location?
You are welcome to, but it is not required. Meeting us first costs nothing and obliges you to nothing, whether that happens here or on screen. Our location on the Noord Brabantlaan is easy to reach, and many people combine a few meetings on location with online sessions in between.
