For our career coaching and outplacement programmes we are looking for independent coaches to guide participants in their own region.
What you do
You guide people who are stuck in their work, who lose their job, or who are ready for something else. No two programmes are the same, but the line is usually:
- working out what someone can do, wants to do and gets energy from;
- translating that into a direction that actually exists on the labour market;
- working on the practical side: CV, profile, network and handling interviews;
- tracking progress and keeping going until there is a choice, including when things do not go well.
With outplacement, processing the dismissal comes on top of that. Someone who is still angry or caught off guard cannot look ahead. Having that conversation is as much part of the work as putting together a CV.
What we ask
You can run a programme independently. On top of that:
- experience as a career coach, career adviser or outplacement consultant;
- a feel for the labour market in your region, so you know which roles exist and what employers ask for;
- you dare to dig deeper and to contradict a participant;
- you keep an overview across several programmes at once;
- you are registered with the Chamber of Commerce and work on an invoice basis;
- you have valid professional liability insurance.
A registration or certification, for example with Noloc or CMI, is welcome but not required.
You run the programme, we take care of the conditions around it
You are the fixed point of contact for the participant and responsible for the substance and the progress. We take care of the arrangements with the client, the assignment of new programmes, the administration and the invoicing.
With questions about a programme you can consult a colleague doing the same work.
You decide how many programmes you take on
Some coaches guide a few participants alongside other work, others have room for more. When we have a new programme in your region, we first check with you whether you have room and whether it suits you.
That makes the work easy to combine with a practice of your own.
Where you work
From home, online, or somewhere suitable close to the participant. Where it works out you can use one of our flex locations.
We work throughout the Netherlands and are looking for coaches in different regions. So do tell us which region you work in and how much room you have right now.
