Care4Careers guides employees throughout the Netherlands through second-track reintegration. For our national network we are looking for independent coaches to run programmes in their own region.
What you do
You guide employees who cannot return to their own role after long-term illness and for whom there is no suitable work within their own organisation. You run the programme from start to finish:
- having conversations about capacity for work, options, interests and future prospects;
- drawing up a profile and a search direction that actually exists on the labour market;
- guiding the person through applications, networking and approaching employers;
- coordinating with the employer, the case manager and the company doctor, and where needed the occupational expert;
- spotting when capacity or circumstances change, and adjusting the programme accordingly;
- tracking progress, holding evaluation moments and recording everything in the file.
Reporting is not a side issue. At a WIA assessment it has to be clear which efforts were made and how the programme ran. So we are looking for coaches who combine personal guidance with a careful file.
What we ask
You have experience with second-track reintegration and can run a programme independently. On top of that:
- at least two to three years of experience with second track, or a completed training as a reintegration or second-track coach;
- knowledge of the Gatekeeper Improvement Act and of what is expected of you in a second-track programme;
- you can work with employees who did not choose this programme themselves, and with resistance and changing circumstances;
- you keep an overview across several programmes at once;
- you move easily between the employee, the employer and other professionals involved;
- you are registered with the Chamber of Commerce and work on an invoice basis;
- you have valid professional liability insurance.
A registration or certification, for example with Noloc or CMI, is welcome but not required.
Are you registered as CROV or RCCM and would you like to run second-track programmes yourself alongside case management? We would be glad to hear from you. We count that registration as a relevant qualification.
You run the programme, we take care of the conditions around it
As a coach you are the fixed point of contact for the employee, and responsible for the substance and the progress of the programme. We take care of the arrangements with the client, the assignment of new programmes, the administration and the invoicing.
You are not on your own in that. With questions about a programme you can consult our case manager or a colleague doing the same work.
You decide how many programmes you take on
Some coaches guide a few employees alongside other work, others have room for more. When we have a new programme in your region, we first check with you whether you have room and whether it suits you.
That way you keep control of your own diary.

From home, online, or somewhere suitable close to the employee. Where it works out you can use one of our flex locations.
