My field is highly specialised. Is there anything for me outside it?
Nearly always, though at first it looks otherwise. Specialisation rarely means you can do one thing only; it means you did one thing very deeply, with analysing, advising, writing and consulting practised around it for years. Naming those parts separately usually opens up a far wider search area than your job title suggests.
I work in government. Do different rules apply?
The collective agreement and the rules on redundancy differ per tier of government, and sometimes a fixed amount or a ceiling is written in. Which is exactly why you have the document checked before signing. It changes nothing about the guidance itself: the same coach, the same components.
I do not want to travel to Utrecht. Is enough left over?
Yes, though the supply is narrower. De Bilt, Zeist and Soest hold care institutions, schools, municipalities and mid-sized companies, enough for a targeted search where your trade occurs there. Where it does not, half an hour of travel is on some days the difference between three employers and thirty, and we work that out for you in advance.
What does a programme cost?
The figure sits between 2.000 and 5.000 euro, VAT excluded. It follows from the number of components used and the length of the programme, broken down at what an outplacement programme costs, and your employer has it in writing before anything is scheduled.
How soon can it start?
