I am not sure what I was missing. Can I still start?
You do not need to have the answer straight away. If you are unsure about your next direction, we start with your actual work experience: what gave you energy, what drained it and in which situations did you perform at your best?
I come off the production floor. What else can I do?
Further than it feels. On a line or a machine you learn to solve breakdowns, safeguard quality, bring newcomers up to speed and decide under time pressure. All four count in work preparation, planning, quality control and maintenance, and those roles sit on the same estates. Writing it down: writing a CV after redundancy.
Do you include Hengelo and Enschede?
As standard, because Twente is one labour market in practice. Prefer to keep it to Almelo and its immediate surroundings? We will, though the pond shrinks and you should know that.
