Meet Maurice
With over twenty years of experience in guiding individuals in talent development and career orientation, Maurice works with a diverse and international client base.
He focuses on professional drivers, previously developed competencies, and how these translate into concrete opportunities within the Dutch labour market. He has experience working with a wide range of educational backgrounds, from vocational to academic.
In addition, Maurice has been active in the Dutch healthcare sector for more than fourteen years, where he has gained extensive experience in HR-related topics, personnel development, and work-related challenges. His legal background enables him to position career questions clearly within the context of employment, regulations, and labour market positioning.
In his coaching, Maurice combines a calm, attentive approach with structure and clear next steps. He helps clients gain clarity, recognise their strengths, and confidently move towards the next step in their career.
