As an experienced labour expert and senior career coach, he supports individuals through outplacement, reintegration, and career development, always with a strong focus on what someone needs to truly flourish.
His mission is to help people feel “at home” again, in their work and within themselves. With his energetic and playful approach, Joep creates a safe environment where you can explore what fits you, what steps are realistic, and how to take them with confidence.
